Shipping Policy

For customer that select for installation or delivery, Sungei Emas Pte Ltd delivers your Auratac^® directly to your door by our trusted delivery team. All orders are delivered within Singapore only.

Delivery Restriction

• Due to many schools, guarded communities, and factories security regulations, delivery to these areas cannot be guaranteed.
• Deliveries are not guaranteed if no local phone number of the recipient is mentioned in the order.
• No delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday.

Delivery Time

• We deliver from Monday to Saturday between 8.30am to 5.30pm, subject to availability.
• No delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday.
• Fabrication lead time will take 7 – 14 working days. Our team member will contact you via your phone number as listed in your contact details to schedule the delivery.

Note: Multiple purchase order requires longer duration for fabrication. Please contact our office for more information.

Re-Delivery

For re-delivery of order, a delivery surcharge will be applicable. Please contact our office for more information.

Redirection

For redirection and alternate address of order, a delivery surcharge will be applicable. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted once, the full price of the order will still be payable.
